Bronnen en verwijzingen

Mijn zoektocht naar vertrouwen begon met één boek. Daarna werden het

er meer, veel meer. De lijst hieronder is slechts een klein gedeelte van mijn

voortdurend aanzwellende boekenkast. Maar onderstaande boeken hebben

me wel geïnspireerd en op ideeën gebracht. Het is op geen enkele manier mijn

bedoeling om ideeën van anderen te presenteren als die van mijzelf. Mocht je het

idee hebben dat een verwijzing ontbreekt of iemand onrecht wordt aangedaan
