Persona Academy

In 2015, Jan founded the Persona Academy. The Persona Academy provides courses for companies about how to better understand the behaviour of their (potential) customers. During these courses, Jan will teach you how to recognise specific customer needs with the aid of persona models. A persona is a detailed description of a sample customer who represents a specific target segment. The most commonly used personas are buyer personas for customer processes and user personas for optimising user experiences in web design and digital marketing.

Company Maslow 

The Company Maslow is a simple but effective method for visualising your organisation’s structure and coherence. It concerns the elements Products, Service, Relationships, Organisation and Vision. When you group these topics together in the correct order, you get a very good picture of your company or organisation. Also where there is room for improvement in terms of interconnectability. 
The Company Maslow is a compact method for directors and management. Rapidly insightful and specific.

We are currently working on a Sentiment Dashboard. In the course of 2018 we will be launching a self-developed app. This will make it possible to measure the sentiment of customers, employees or leaders. Keep an eye on this website for updates.
