In 2015, Jan founded the Persona Academy. The Persona Academy provides courses for companies about how to better understand the behaviour of their (potential) customers. During these courses, Jan will teach you how to recognise specific customer needs with the aid of persona models. A persona is a detailed description of a sample customer who represents a specific target segment. The most commonly used personas are buyer personas for customer processes and user personas for optimising user experiences in web design and digital marketing.
